London, Greater London, United Kingdom Royal College of Nursing Full time
At the Royal College of Nursing we're an optimistic organisation. And we've got good reason to be.

We all share the same voice when it comes to changing the shape of the health policies of the future.

And as the largest trade union of nursing staff and students in the UK – with close to half a million members – all we can see are the infinite possibilities for a brighter future.

Join us and you will too.

We're accredited with Investors in People Silver Standard.

Our people are our greatest asset, and we want people who can contribute to our purpose in line with our values.

As an RCN officer you'll use your positive attitude and your knowledge of health and care issues to deliver best practice in relation to employment practices, influencing and negotiating on behalf of our members.

Every day will be filled with possibilities as you find new ways to manage and support the development of our members and our accredited representatives.

You will manage your own portfolio of casework, which will include assisting and representing members with employment related issues and processes.
