Calling all Data Analysts / Business Analysts who are seeking their next new challenge. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to convert raw data into meaningful data and present this to business stakeholders and continuously evaluate our operational competency and capacity data.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Head of Business Services (Engineering) the role will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth of the Engineering Division in-alignment with the Groups commercial strategy.

In conjunction with the Commercial and Operational Teams, the role will support the creation of pricing proposals to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships, in coordination with EISLs operating capacity and service capabilities.

In addition, the role will be required to undertake market research and assess pricing data to identify trends and support the development of new pricing strategies to aid decision making.

Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with the commercial and operations teams, consistently review EISLs current service proposition and identify opportunities to attract new business and maximise the retention of existing customer relationships by applying tactical pricing strategies.Continuously asses the Engineering Divisions costs to serve model and ensure service pricing accurately reflects the resources applied and proactively maintain the applicable fee calculators.On behalf of the Engineering Division, undertake commercial tenders in coordination with the Business Development Team which reflect EISLs service proposition.Ensure pricing methodologies align to the strategic objectives of the organization and adhere to existing customer and new business contractual obligations, whilst taking into account organizational changes and evolving market conditions.Constantly analyze the Engineering Divisions operational capacity to identify opportunities for regional and national growth, ensuring client inspection portfolios can be adequately serviced and provide EISL with financial incentives.Work with the technical, training and operations teams to assess the regional skills base and ensure training requirements are sufficiently planned to support new market opportunities.In conjunction with, but not limited to, the Marketing and Commercial functions, conduct customer market research and competitor benchmarking exercises to develop new pricing strategies which positions EISL as the supplier of choice within the competitive landscape.Review historical pricing data to identify products and services which do not meet the financial objectives of the organization and produce recommendations to re-evaluate the service proposition. In collaboration with Group stakeholders, develop a pricing matrix/cost to serve model to aid the development of new products and service levels.Periodically review and update EISLs contract wordings to reflect organizational, legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
Key Skills and Experience

Essential
Customer focused with the ability to understand the competitive landscape and needs of internal and external customersExperience of producing financial business cases defining deliverables and resource requirementsPossess a prior track record of implementing successful pricing strategies and which have adapted to evolving market influences Evidence of supporting profitable growth through methodical pricing and capacity management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsHave the ability to communicate pricing strategies, recommendations, and their rationale to internal stakeholders, including senior management through various formatsKnowledge of analytical techniques and methodologies to define business problems. Ability to interpret data and translate findings to meet the needs of various audiences.Ability to analyze and interpret raw data and covert into functional reporting.Experience of Stakeholder management across multi-disciplined teams Proficient at using Microsoft packages including SharePoint i.e., file storage, navigation tool and process management.
