The Role

We are seeking a Photographic Assistant and Retoucher with a solid background in photography and a passion for studio product photography. In this role, you will report directly to the Creative Production Manager and play a key role in a fast-paced e-commerce environment where delivering high-quality images quickly is crucial to our success. You will be essential in bringing our products to life for our customers. Located in Nuneaton, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Production Team and other departments. We are looking for a proactive individual with a positive attitude, a thirst for learning, and a commitment to personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Photographer and Creative Production Team to maintain brand consistency. Operate and maintain the lightbox for consistent lighting and image quality. Organise props and products for photoshoots, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetic. Apply creative stylising and meticulous post-production editing using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Establish and maintain photographic asset libraries for easy accessibility. Assist in the setup and adjustment of studio equipment, including cameras and lighting. Demonstrate strong team ethics, supporting team members and contributing to group projects. Location:Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.

The Person

Degree or diploma in Photography, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. Experience in a studio environment with a diverse product photography portfolio. Proficient in Canon cameras and flash lighting. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, including batch processing. Keen eye for detail and creative flair. Highly organised, with excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of video production is a plus. Friendly, can-do attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
