As an Associate, you will contribute to our clinets growing team by engaging in a diverse range of work across both commercial/non-contentious and contentious areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on Tech/Digital and IP aspects of M&A, disposals, and joint venturesHandling trademark licensing, distribution agreements, and franchising dealsProviding counsel on sourcing arrangements, from technology outsourcing to business transformation outsourcingManaging disputes and litigation related to intellectual property rightsAdvising on emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, blockchain, and smart contractsSupporting clients on cyber matters, including incident response engagementsAdvising on commercial IT arrangements, from strategic IT procurement to software development agreementsProviding regulatory advice on digital and e-commerce business, data exploitation, and governanceCandidate Profile1-5 PQEStrong legal/commercial knowledge and analytical skillsExperience in complex technology/digital, data, and IP transactionsPrevious experience providing strategic technology/digital, data, and IP adviceExcellent drafting skills and academic backgroundExceptional client relationship, efficiency, and transaction management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environmentResilience under pressure, with excellent negotiation and meeting management skillsWillingness to present to diverse audiencesImpeccable attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and integrityExperience working in a diverse team and fostering an inclusive team cultureFor more information, please reach out to Dalton at - /
