Our client is a regional Law Firm who is now looking to recruit an IT Analyst. The company are seeking a talented IT Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT systems and providing top-notch support to staff.
You will work closely with a team of IT professionals, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide handson IT support in a professional services environment, with a minimum of 1+ years of related experience.
- Support users within a Windows Desktop 10 and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environment.
- Configure Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
- Utilize and support Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrate an awareness of Local Area Networking, including local patching to switches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, providing support to team members as needed.
- Employ strong problemsolving and analysis skills, paying close attention to detail.
- Take a proactive approach, selfmotivating to effectively manage your workload.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mentality, actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes.
- Maintain a technical understanding of current leading technologies, suppliers, and industry terminology.

Qualifications:
