A current full driving licence (manual transmission) is essential as you will be driving University of Plymouth vehicles.This role is also subject to health surveillance with our Occupational Health team.

This role will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check plus a Adult's Barred List check.
You will be notified if you have been shortlisted or not.
You will be required to work shift patterns covering 24/7 x 365 days per year. You will be working annualised hours and rostered 1 August – 31 July each year. However, a small proportion of your contracted hours will be "banked" to provide essential cover for unplanned absence and training. It is expected that this balance will be zero by the end of each financial year.

A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by the University of Plymouth Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Plymouth. Employees of the University of Plymouth Services Limited work alongside the University of Plymouth colleagues in delivery of Plymouth's strategic vision, and will adopt the University of Plymouth's HR policies and procedures in full unless otherwise stated.

£29,173 to £32,412 per annum based on 37-hour week including first aid and shift allowance (Grade 4)
