Recruitment Internship Overview:
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all facets of the recruitment process. From sourcing candidates to crafting compelling job ads, contacting potential hires, and managing correspondence, you will be involved in every step of the recruitment journey. Additionally, you will receive training in marketing and sales techniques, learning how to construct engaging conversations and leverage various impulse factors to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
