Holt Engineering have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Designer, we are looking for someone who is creative and dynamic, this role is permanent and based in Poole.

Full training with their products will be given but experience with Adobe Illustrator is essential You will be joining a busy and expanding team within their production area, helping create and improve designs and artwork files.

The role is working a day shift Monday to Friday and the salary is circa 25k DOE.

The main duties for this Junior Designer role:
  • Creating, recreating and improving current designs to be printing onto various materials.
  • Approving orders and providing quotes to sales teams.
  • Assisting with various projects, developing ideas
  • Liaising with other departments regarding time scales and materials
  • Working quickly and efficiently to ensure targets are achieved
  • Maintaining accurate records
To be considered for this Junior Designer role you must have:
  • Proven experience working with Adobe Illustrator is essential
  • Experience working within a production environment
  • Ability to prioritise own work load and use initiative responsibly
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A passion for design
