About the Role
East Street Pharmacy is a bustling community pharmacy adjacent to a GP practice in Tonbridge.

We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager who shares our passion for patient care and is eager to develop and deliver pharmacy services utilizing clinical skills and support from our trained pharmacy teams.

Whether you are new to management or experienced, this role provides an opportunity for growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & support the pharmacy team
  • Ensure safe and efficient pharmacy service provision
  • Drive pharmacy business development
  • Engage in NHS & private pharmacy services
  • Oversee dispensing processes and OTC offerings
  • Staff management, training, and development
  • Participate in mandatory CPD and training events
Requirements
  • Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Understanding of Community Pharmacy framework
  • Management experience postqualification (not essential)
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and numeracy skills
  • Selfmotivated with ability to prioritize workload

Hours of Work
