They are currently recruiting lawyers or experienced non-qualified individuals into their fast-track RTA team in Liverpool. Your new role


This Fast-Track RTA Lawyer position will see you handle your own high volume caseload of litigated RTA claims up to £25,000.

There is a key focus on client outcomes to generate high fee income.

Claims will require you to deal with denial of liability and causation argument with minimal supervision whilst also assessing liability and quantum.

You will be asked to review medical reports, research relevant case law, draft schedules of special damages and assess suitable awards for compensation.


What you'll need to succeed


Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive, however, non-qualified individuals with extensive experience within RTA may also be considered.

You must have previous experience handling your own litigated caseload of fast-track RTA claims. Successful applicants will be excellent litigators with strong drafting skills and the ability to negotiate favourable settlements.
