About the role

Start Date: 8th September

Salary: 26,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (including bank holidays and weekends)

Contract type: Fulltime - Permanent

As a Staffer, you will play a crucial role being responsible for creating and managing the staffing schedules for the Activity Department at the Colomendy Centre.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Staff Rotas to meet the demands of our Activity Programs.
Communicate with the Chief Instructor to understand any additional requirements and adjust rotas accordingly.
Monitor and manage staff availability, time-off requests, and mandatory training sessions.
Collaborate with other Centre's and departments to address any challenges and support needed.
Update and record on spreadsheets and use a software to organise and share schedules efficiently.
