An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Downtime Controller to join a leading Fleet Management company's growing Fleet Team. This role will be based in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Vehicle off road (VOR) follow up progression and updates.
  • Handle Progress follow up progression and updates.
  • Oversee in flight repair jobs within the master serve and dealership networks.
  • Identify trends and escalate network performance concerns.
  • Liaise with manufacturers on repairs.
  • Proactively chase customers when awaiting authority.
  • Communicate VOR updates to stakeholders and the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
  • Experience in the motor industry preferred.
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
