We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled IT Engineer to join a busy team in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will be a specialist in Microsoft Azure Cloud and Infrastructure, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of various IT systems.

• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
• Administer Windows servers, Domain Controllers, and Active Directory.
• Maintain and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, and general network-related issues.
• Monitor and manage shared drives, ensuring optimal performance.
• Provide desktop support for end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Ensure hardware reliability and uptime in server rooms.
• Work with Paxton Access Control systems and maintain server room integrity.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or higher is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Azure Security.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in technical support or a related role, with a focus on Azure cloud services.
