I am currently working with a tier 1 charities practice, who are looking to add to their successful Charities team with an NQ or junior lawyer.


This role would be a broad one, not only working within Charity and Constitutional law and related tax matters, but it would also be working on a range of legal issues which would involve working with specialists in other teams across the firm.

Although a lot of the work would be based in England and Wales, many of their clients also have overseas and international interests.

The bulk of the work would be charity structuring and restructuring, governance and constitutional matters, trading and relationships with non-charitable subsidiaries, charity tax and regulation as well as practice and business development.

This firm is known for its stellar reputation and ranked status.
