Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hire Controller at NORTHERN TOOL HIRE LIMITED. As a Hire Controller, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process of tools and equipment to customers.

Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating deliveries and pick-ups, maintaining accurate records of inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Knowledge of tools and equipment used in various industries
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Prior experience in a similar role is a must
