Future Academies Watford has an exciting opportunity available for an ambitious Head of Year. This post is available as a Teaching post or a Non Teaching post but only appointment will be made.

We are looking for someone to join our team from September 2024. You will be joining a warm and committed staff body with a supportive Senior Leadership Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher ready to take the next step into middle management or an already skilled Head of Year looking for a new challenge.

You will be teaching amongst talented teachers, delivering lessons to a consistently high standard and driving excellent results within your department.

You will have the ability to inspire young people, instilling a love of technology both as an academic subject and applying it to the world around them.
