Your new company
Our client is a payments company with an international presence employing over 7,000 worldwide. They are looking to hire a Legal Counsel who will report to the Head of Legal. The role involves assisting in managing legal business matters pertaining to the organisation in the UK.

Your new role

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating customer contracts for UK business lines.Maintaining and updating template documents.Reviewing NDA's and providing template contracts to stakeholders.Undertaking varied corporate work such as preparing board minutes, maintaining corporate registers and preparing filings.

What you'll need to succeed 1-5 PQE (as a guideline only)Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts2-3 days a week in Central London or Wiltshire officeExperience within a payments organisation will be an advantage but not necessary
