This infamous beauty brand is looking for a Business Manager who is a true coach and will confidently develop a talented team and lead them to success in achieving sales and operational targets.


Profile
Have a genuine interest and passion for the beauty industry

Commercial acumen

Experience in leading a team and exposure to People Management

Retail Management Experience

Proven experience in strategic planning

Responsibilities of the role
Complete weekly and monthly productivity reporting to Retail Manager

Drive sales through motivation of the team to hit daily/weekly/monthly KPI's

Deliver daily briefs, performance 121's, meetings and general line management

Build relationships with key host store partners and stakeholders both internally and externally.

Stock Management

People Planning, talent management and succession planning.

Identify training needs of the team and work collaboratively with the Training Manager team training plans.

Work with an entrepreneurial spirit and plan for future growth of business through proposals for additional activities and events.

Flexible to working a variety of shifts.

Lead by example with flawless grooming standards and monitor and maintain the standards of the team
