THE FIRM

  • Dynamic and innovative law firm is recruiting for experienced conveyancing assistants to join its award winning residential property team
  • The firm provides legal services to clients ranging from private individuals through to major national developers
  • Highly accredited, the firm holds the CQS (conveyancing quality scheme) and has won a number of awards in recent years

THE ROLE

  • Working closely with the Conveyancer to progress a caseload of new build transactions through to completion
  • Managing a case load of your own conveyancing transactions with the guidance of your manager
  • Preparing legal documentation as requires
  • Using a case management systems

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar conveyancing role is essential
  • Must have experience using a case management system, experience of Proclaim would be an advantage
