The Role

The Film & Photo Studio Assistant plays an essential role in the organisation and day to day coordination of a busy (and growing) Photography & Video teams. Working on an in-demand and very busy team means you are flexible, friendly and can adapt and evolve to the growing and changing needs on a daily basis. You are highly organised, have great administrative experience, but also aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and learn new skills. This is not just a desk job, your time will be split between administrative tasks and hands-on production support for our filmmakers and photographers. This production support could mean organising kit, product prep and supporting styling, catering & meal runs, prop sourcing and collecting, maintaining our shared spaces and more.

By fulfilling this role, you'll help to enhance the organisation and efficiency of the studio, allowing the photography and video teams to focus on creative production.

Key Responsibilities

Studio support

Maintain Film and Photo inventory database and organise product and props, maintaining a tidy and easy to access storage system Setup and and maintain accurate data entry for scheduling documents, managing files assets and archiving Ability to access all internal servers, assist with backing up projects, naming and archiving as needed Provide administrative support for Film and Photography team members - including important shoot documentation and digital file management Communicate in a clear and timely manner with the Producer and members of the Film and Photo team Locate and supply files from archives and hard drives as requested Work with Producer on incoming briefs, including logging information into workload trackers Work closely with the team to assist on all things Film & Photo Giving 5* Customer service to all external and internal guests Positively represent Lush both in and outside of the business

Shoot support

Support with the execution of shoot logistics including set up, product staging, clean-up, catering and coordination of models Support ordering, sourcing, and donating new props as needed Maintain studio, edit suite, and storage areas - monitor and be proactive about organisation and tidiness Able to uphold brand guidelines and values when on shoots Maintain the talent database of internal staff models Work closely with the Lush product team, to ensure proper product representation during shoots and assisting with product styling as required Strive to improve and create innovative ways of executing shoots that align with Lush values Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required

Experience within a film/photo studio support role A positive attitude to problem solving, hands on and highly proactive A true people person with experience of dealing with a variety of people in a busy and fast-moving environment Strong communication skills, lots of initiative and a positive, proactive attitude Ability to effectively manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes Excellent organisational skills with experience setting up and maintaining systems and processes Committed to maintaining a tidy environment where everything has its place Experience in working with G-Suite/Microsoft tools such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, Excel, Keynote, Powerpoint etc Strong computer skills including familiarity with familiarity with WeTransfer, Vimeo, YouTube and/or Trello A keen eye for detail
