As our Engineering Planner,you'll co-ordinate and plan activities to continually driveout plant downtime through effective planned maintenance, drivingthe effectiveness of both weekday and weekend work plans tooptimise the available resource.

Reviewing andimproving the Planned Maintenance system which includes thefollowing:-

● Detailed, accuratecontent

● Completion times and manpower / traderequirements

● Calendar or running hour basedPreventative Maintenances (PM's) with frequencies which reflect therunning hours of individual plants/lines

● Toutilise the work plans and planned maintenance systems to achievethe required target completion rates

● Report ondepartmental score card on a weekly basis

●Report R&M spend and support Area Engineering Manager

Some of your keyresponsibilities will include:

● Located atsite, reporting directly into the Site Services Manager

● Responsible for weekend and mid-week engineeringworkload and resource plans and availability of PM'tasks'

● Responsible for maintaining all dataheld within the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)system

● Responsible for reporting compliance,workloads and work backlog information

●Responsible for quality of PPM data

●Responsibility for coordinating the ongoing improvement of the PPMsystem through regular review of PPM effectiveness with the keystakeholders and Maintenance Leads

● Reportengineering score cards with an emphasis on cost ofmaintenance
