Hours Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain and develop customer accounts.
Cross and Up Selling
Project Management
Plan and launch operative roll outs.
Ongoing configuration updates and range changes
Customer support and service
Pro-active monitoring of the system and provide recommendations for change.
Customer and branch training
Produce and update training material.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions.
Follow defined process.
Branch visits and support
Regular customer meetings and performance review
System demonstrations & presentations
Attend and actively partake in Avail App development meetings.
Create revenue reports and work to targets.
Create update reports to line management.
Create work packages based on defined project parameters.
