Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of debt recovery cases, representing clients in all stages of the recovery process.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support debt recovery cases.Draft legal documents, including letters, notices, and court pleadings.Negotiate with debtors and their legal representatives to reach favourable settlement agreements.Represent clients in court proceedings related to debt recoveryMaintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal procedures.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on debt recovery matters. Requirements:Solicitor with litigation experience (NQ-3 PQE)Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Proficiency in legal research and case management software.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
