The PE Department

This is an excellent opportunity to join an impressive and experienced PE department.

Our PE team consists of six highly motivated specialist practitioners. The department follows the OCR specification at Key Stage Four. The curriculum is well planned and sequenced with spaced retrieval and interleaving to ensure that key PE skills are embedded and continually built upon.

Our curriculum is linked to a variety of sports, ensuring the children get a broad and balanced PE offer. This equips the children that leave Whitworth Park, to lead a healthy, active lifestyle and take on their next challenge.
