Main Purpose of Role

To provide administrative support to current NPI and ECN process.

Outcomes of Role

Efficient & accurate documentation control within NPI & ECN processes

Responsibilities

• Data entry for NPI and ECN
• Study/research electronic and mechanical components using various sources and register them into the company ERP system.
• Support documentation processing and input
• Study technical documents and extract information-detailing customers specific requirements.
• General Support duties across the Technical Engineering Department.
• Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Any other duties deemed necessary.

Person Specification

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

PC Literate Microsoft Office

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE

Electronic contract manufacturing industry.

Documentation Control.

Hours of work are:

Permanent Mon to Thurs 8-5 Fri 8-1

Salary

£24k

There will be a salary increase in April.

Other benefits are pension, cashplan healthcare and DIS of 6x annual salary
