This position is for Agency Health Care Assistants who book shifts on an Ad-Hoc or block booking basis. We have shifts Nationwide.

Typical Care Assistant duties are wide ranging.

The job revolves around helping clients with their immediate needs such as dressing and maintaining their hygiene washing, as well as helping them with basic day-to-day or administrative tasks like paying bills.

Care Assistant role also includes getting to know clients personally and providing them with companionship and emotional support, contributing positively to wellbeing.


The Care Assistant can also extend to helping clients to take part in leisure activities, such as going on day trips.

Care Assistant duties therefore vary substantially from client to client so that no two shifts are the same.

Healthcare Support Workers make part of a multi-disciplinary team. you will endeavour to provide highest level of nursing and care to service users. You will need the ability to develop strong relationships with service users, relatives and staff.

The role also involves providing good standards of medical care to service users, accurate record keeping, updating care plans accurately, appropriate use of medical equipment, a cheery attitude and willing to continue updating your training for compliance.
