The Role:
In this role you will be working to reach target consumers via a range of digital platforms. You will work to implement and deliver the businesses Digital Marketing strategy to that will drive acquisition and sales.
This is a maternity cover spanning 13 months.
Key Requirements:
- Own the businesses digital marketing strategy
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver overall digital marketing strategy
- Develop and deliver a customer centric digital marketing strategy
- Work with an external agency to deliver on the overall paid media strategy to deliver optimised digital performance
- Work with internal SEO team to create content strategy
- Support CRO team
- Work to manage the digital marketing budget and wider marketing budget with the Head of Marketing
- Lead on innovation to improve customer experience
- Be the lead of all digital systems
- Report on digital analytics and provide actionable insights for activity moving forward that will improve customer experience and commercial activity
- Work with internal brand team and external agencies to deliver innovative digital marketing campaigns
- Increase engagement through CRM activity with internal teams
Candidate Criteria:
- Experience in developing and managing digital marketing strategies
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in creating customer-centric marketing strategies
- Experience working with external agencies on paid media
- Knowledge of content strategy and SEO
- Experience supporting CRO initiatives
- Proven track record in managing marketing budgets
- Ability to drive innovation for customer experience
- Experience overseeing digital systems
- Strong analytical skills for digital performance reporting
- Experience in delivering digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to enhance engagement through CRM activities
