Job Title: Lead Project Professional - Delivery

Salary: Starting from £45,628 - depending on skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the newly formed AUKUS team with all aspects of AUKUS Shipbuilder governance
  • Engaging with international stakeholders and maintaining relationships with both UK and Australian teams, including senior leadership teams
  • Establishing Programme Governance Framework with the creation and embedment of Programme Governance framework
  • Monitoring and reporting project performance
  • Support the wider team in relevant Project Management deliverables
  • Be an integral member of the AUKUS Project Management Team

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Stakeholder management experience with the ability to confidently engage with teams at a senior level
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience within a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Ability to confidently conduct presentations at a senior level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Powerpoint and Excel

Desirable:

  • Project Management qualification e.g. APMQ or Prince2

The AUKUS team:

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of an international programme. You'll be building the framework and governance from the initial stages and effectively building the programme and influencing the decision-making process.
