SENDCo

We are looking to appoint a strong, passionate and experienced SENCo and ARP Lead to join our team from September. We are looking for applicants who have experience and a proven track record of supporting pupils with SEN, especially those with speech and language needs, and the management of SEN in a school. The successful applicant will already hold the SENCo award or be ready to start the training as part of their role. The role will encompass teaching pupils in our ARP provision in the morning and the management of the school's overall SEN provision. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in our school and help set out the vision for SEN provision in the future.

Salary: MPS or UPS (dependent on experience and qualifications) with an additional SEN point allowance.

Contract: A full time, permanent contract from 1st September 2024.
