Job Description

Job title: Beauty & Fitness Assistant (Casual Contract)

Salary: 13,61 per hour

Your purpose will be: To be responsible for exceeding member expectations on a day to day basis, whilst ensuring that the Fitness Areas and Activities are promoted and run effectively

You will be accountable for:

To ensure the Fitness areas and equipment are maintained and presented as laid out in the Brand StandardsTo assist the Senior Therapist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operationsTo ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met. To maintain the five star level of cleanliness requiredYour key responsibilities & contribution will be:Day to day running of all fitness related activitiesCleanliness and maintenance of all gymnasium equipment and presentation of fitness staffOngoing training and self-developmentFitness / therapy bookingsHealth & SafetyComplaintsFun & HumourMiscellaneousProvide relevant informationOperate switchboardAnswer queriesControl floatComplete administration query formsReceipt income


Qualifications

What you will need to do this role:

Passion for customer service and providing outstanding treatments to all guestsGraduate from an accredited school of aesthetics (CIDESCO,CIBTAC, NVQ3 or equivalent)Previous experience in a luxury environment or day spaTrained in body treatments, facials, manicure and pedicureOutstanding communication skills, both written and spokenEnthusiastic and positive personalityExcellent attention to detailHighly organised and able to work independentlyFlexibility to work shifts and weekends Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
