Position: Geography Teacher Location: Farnborough

Start Date: September 2024 Contract: Short-Term (September December 2024)

Pay Range: £140 - £230 per day Hours: Full-Time, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Overview:

Join a Secondary School in Farnborough as a Geography Teacher starting in September 2024. This role offers a short-term contract until December 2024 with the opportunity to teach and inspire Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students in the exciting subject of Geography. We welcome applications from both experienced educators and passionate Early Career Teachers as well as experienced Geograph Teachers that are looking for a long term contract in a Good School. The School will also consider overseas trained Geography teacher that ideally have experience in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Geography lessons that inspire students and foster a love for the subject.
  • Build positive relationships with students and colleagues, contributing to a supportive educational environment.
  • Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, assess student progress, and engage with parents during designated events.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enrich the Geography curriculum and support students' overall development.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Geography.
