Residential Conveyancer - Bromsgrove

This is a new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join this regional firm.

Based in Worcestershire, you will have a good knowledge of residential conveyancing matters and be able to deal with a varied caseload.

Joining a busy department, you will deal with files from instruction through to completion including freehold and leasehold sale and purchase of residential properties. Day to day responsibilities will include:

Preparing correspondence, enclosures and documents
Liasing and building relationships with other professionals involved in property transactions including estate agents
Attending clients
Utilising the case management systems

You will be a team player with good communication skills.
