Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor
- Handling a full and varied caseload of Private Family Matters including HNW individuals but not limited to:
- Divorce and separation
- Children matters
- Separation/Cohabitation agreements
- Finances
- Domestic violence injunctions
- Pre/Post Nuptial agreements
- Providing expert legal advice on a range of family law matters
- Representing clients in court and negotiation settings
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to family law
- Managing a diverse caseload with a high degree of independence
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Family Law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
