Boarding Supervisor

Kilgraston School are looking to appoint a forward thinking, caring, experienced, dynamic, Boarding Supervisor. The Boarding supervisor's role is to look after daily all the girls in their care; run the boarding house effectively and efficiently; providing a home from home for the girls whilst supporting the Head of Pastoral Care & Boarding and the other Boarding Supervisor at all times. The post holder will always uphold all Kilgraston School standards and Care Commission regulatory requirements.

About the School

Kilgraston is a day and boarding school set in the beautiful Perthshire countryside. The school campus consists of 54 acres of parkland but is less than an hour's drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow. The school is part of the Sacred Heart Network.

At the heart of the Kilgraston ethos is its focus on the concept of the whole person.

We are a 5-18 school catering for day and boarding pupils. We welcome boys from 5-11 but are then proud to be a girls' school with a strong family ethos and welcome international boarders.

We produce excellent examination results at National 5, Higher and Advanced Higher levels year on year. The majority of our pupils secure places at some of the UK's leading universities including Oxford, Durham, Edinburgh and St. Andrew's.

Beyond the classroom, Kilgraston boasts a 25m indoor pool, hockey and tennis academies and is proud to be Scotland's only school with its own on-site Equestrian Centre.

This position requires the successful candidate to live in full time during term times (although not on days off), although the Boarding Supervisors accommodation is allocated to the position all year round.
