A Family Solicitor is sought to join this leading regional law firm based in Sutton Coldfield, on offer are exciting career prospects with a route through to the Partnership and for the right individual a role within time with the Senior Leadership team.

The firm is one of the strongest in the region with recommendations in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and offer a flexible working pattern for experienced lawyers.

The firm represent clients nationally and locally and are keen to hire someone who is passionate and driven within this area of law.


  • The appointed successful family associate will be able to demonstrate at least 8 years' experience within family law and will be an expert in all types of family law ranging from Divorce, matrimonial finance, post nuptial disputes, child arrangement orders and cohabitation disputes.
  • You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members.
  • You will demonstrate excellent business development skills and will be keen to network in the local market.
  • An established network of contacts and work referrers is key for this role.
  • The firm are considering candidates at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
