The role:
As a Health and Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of risk and healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring the client feels supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations at renewal in line with the client's requirements.You also be expected to follow up on warm leads to promote the wider MMB proposition to maximise opportunities and achieve growth targets. This is a client-focused telephone based and account management role.

We will rely on you to:
Manage and develop an existing health and risk client portfolioSecure new clients from warm leads in order to generate profitable income.Act as the primary point of contact for the client to establish effective relationships.Liaise with internal departments to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout.

Excellent communication skills, especially verbal/oral as this is a telephone-based roleExperience identifying business needs and aligning our products to provide strategic solutions for clientsAttention to detail and strong organisational skillsSelf-driven and motivatedA desire to provide exceptional customer service

Previous experience with group risk or healthcare or employee benefits productsProven experience in a related employee benefits consulting or administrative role with an employee benefit practiceIF7 / GR1 qualified with experience in Healthcare/Risk insurancePrevious account management/development experiencePrevious experience in following up sales leads successfully
