As a Nurse (RGN/RMN), your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring the clinical management of the home is up to standard.
  • Promoting a caring environment that meets the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the residents.
  • Leading your staff team and acting as a positive role model.
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix are deployed.
  • Implementing the requirements of the recognised fundamental standards for Care Homes for Older People.

  • Good understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act, Infection Control, and the Mental Capacity Act and DoLS.
