Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with this PE backed business who are looking to recruit a Group Head of Financial Reporting to sit with the SLT and work alongside the Financial Control and Commercial teams across the Group.

Reporting to the CFO duties will include:
  • Providing financial and management information
  • Producing timely, accurate and informative reports for stakeholders
  • Facilitating production of monthly performance reports
  • Assist in budget preparation.
  • Managing the production of annual statutory accounts
This role requires a driven, self-starter who is keen to establish and build a financial reporting process - you will be driven to build best in class reports and enjoy and make the most of the opportunity to work in a PE backed business under the mentorship of an outstanding CFO.

Attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a passion for developing and working in a high performing team is a must.

You will be qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA with manufacturing experience to be considered.
