The successful candidate will be able to work fully remotely while operating alongside a wonderful and supportive team

Who you are:

  • Ideally qualified licensed conveyancer
  • Possesses 2+ years of experience working on residential property transactions
  • Strong understanding of Property Law procedures and principles
  • Positive and self – motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates who can communicate, both written and verbally, in either Russian or Mandarin are highly desiered

What you will do:

  • Daily client communications inclusive of obtaining client information and instructions
  • Drafting and reviewing sales – purchases agreements
  • Conducting searches
  • Preparing completion statements
  • Arranging fund transfers
  • Liaising with mortgage lenders and processing mortgage offers
  • Working and communicating effectively with the Practice Manager and wider team
