You must be dynamic, enthusiastic and committed to inclusive education. You will be responsible for leading and managing the School's provision for students with SEND and make a wider contribution to whole school improvement. You will be accountable to the Headteacher, Governors and parents, for progress and improvement within the school and inclusion team.

Salary: Teachers Upper Pay Scale (with SEN allowance) – depending on experience

• Has experience of implementing strategies on a whole-school basis to support students with SEND

• A thorough understanding of how best to support a range of students with multiple learning difficulties

• Has experience of working with a team of teachers/TAs
