FINTEC recruit is supporting a legal firm with offices across Cumbria and Lancashire, in hiring a Commercial lawyer. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, salary negotiable by experience plus benefits. Opportunity for professional growth within a dynamic legal team. There is flexibility in being based in one of the office in Cumbria or in Lancaster.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial related transactions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts various agreements and service contracts Carry out legal research and analysis relating to compliance and applicable regulations Advising clients on legal risks and potential liabilities associated with commercial transactions Assist with disputes and litigation for commercial matters Skills and experience required for the Commercial Lawyer role: 3 years + experience as a Commercial Lawyer or similar role Hold an active license to practice law Strong knowledge of commercial law principles and practices Excellent negotiation skills and exceptional analytical and problem solving skills Full details available on application.
