In this role you'll have the chance to mentor paralegals and contribute to business development and client management, reinforcing the broad scope of this role.

Essential to your success in this role will be your strong experience in debt recovery or insolvency, possessing of at least 2 years in the field. Clear understanding of the pre-action protocol is a must, and prior supervisory experience is advantageous. Your confident, committed, and enthusiastic personality, coupled with a solid telephone manner and ability to use your own initiative will all contribute to your effectiveness in this role.
