Future growth will be a combination of strategic acquisitions and wider breath of new innovative service and product offerings mainly to major companies and SMEs.

There are some sales to consumers, but this is essentially a B2B role. It is a new position in which you can shape and make a high profile impact. You will develop the future sales and go-to-market strategy for the business across changing markets and with the ability to undertake cross selling, dynamic pricing and proactive market positioning.

You will be leading a sales team of 125 people. There are three core markets at differing levels of maturity and customer base, which adds a degree of both complexity and opportunity. We are seeking candidates with sales credibility, drive and tenacity to influence some strong personalities and to work through people.

It is important to be comfortable working in a lean organisation and to be visible across the business and customer base. Success in this role will lead to future exciting career opportunities. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, your key tasks will be: Create and deliver an innovative and effective sales strategy to grow market share, build long term customer relationships and increase profitability.

Visionary leadership to drive increased revenue and growth through identification, test and implementation of new market opportunities and development of current portfolio. Work through the sales leadership team to drive increased sales volumes and margins across all current sectors and develop propositions for new market sectors. Lead, manage, and mentor a high performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation and support to achieve individual and team objectivesRelevant experience:Successful B2B sales leader in a similar sized organisation with a track record of innovation and growth.

Experience in the fast changing energy related sector, synergistic industrial or business service markets, building new value propositions and delivering them. Strong commercial acumen and combine this with a hands-on style to deliver. A deep understanding of customer needs, expectations and trends, with a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
