Conveyancing Paralegal - Hinckley

An extremely highly regarded Solicitors practice is looking to recruit a paralegal to their residential conveyancing team

Based out of the firms Hinckley office the successful candidate will be working alongside a fee earner within the conveyancing team dealing with a caseload of residential property matters.

Duties will be based on the candidates experience but may include things such as

• Opening and closing files
• Sending out initial paperwork
• Ordering searches
• SDLT submission
• Carrying out registrations for the team including first registrations, lease extensions, removal of notices etc
• Drafting completion statements
• Producing letters and documents as required

The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be highly competitive and as part of a good overall package including a generous annual leave scheme, private healthcare and other great perks.
