Responsibilities

  • Primarily work in Quartermasters Dept. during the week, carrying out assigned tasks including heavy lifting when needed
  • Assembly of equipment and/or Accommodation Equipment (e.g., Desks, shelving, etc.) as necessary
  • Management of stores, overseeing delivery, and accounting as instructed
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Team on-site, providing support in various areas as directed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with DIY/light carpentry work is advantageous
  • Driving license is preferred but not mandatory
  • DBS check required – to be applied for by the applicant if offered the position, costs covered at the start of employment
  • Basic security vetting for MOD site will be necessary
