What You'll Be Doing

Independently manage and own the fit process from proto stage through to production approvals within a product category, to ensure the highest fit and quality standard for Sweaty Betty's ranges Manage communication with our supplier partners, Design, Product Development and Buying teams to discuss technical solutions, product testing, grading and critical path trackers, with guidance from senior technologists Work with Design and Product Development on the development of new products, providing product specs, construction guidelines and using PLM systems to create and maintain technical files Own project work relevant to your category, including competitive analysis and benchmarking Contribute to weekly critical path meetings with Buying, Design and Planning, highlighting potential risk areas and work with other teams to find solutions to hit delivery dates Build strong relationships with suppliers and stores through visits and meetings Be able to read and interpret fabric performance reports and manage the bulk testing process for your category, to ensure all fabrics and trims have been tested according to Sweaty Betty's required standards Ensure the care labelling of all products meet the legal regulations in all of the countries that Sweaty Betty trades in Must Haves

6+ years experience in a technical role, in a similar fashion business Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Microsoft Office Knowledge of construction, manufacturing and variety of fabrics and dyeing processes Excellent communication and organisational skills Experience with sportswear preferable, but not essential Confident with fit and a good understanding of garment construction The Extras
