Education Personnel are looking for an English Teacher capable of teaching English 5 days a week. The role is for a Full-Time position with a possibility of extension or permanent position. This is an ideal opportunity for all English Teachers. Those willing to accept M1-UPS1 pay are encouraged to apply.

The School

Located in Erewash, our esteemed school is well-regarded in the locality. We are currently looking for a dynamic English teacher to join our team. The school boasts a modernized site with excellent facilities and a supportive community. With ongoing plans for improvement, we offer a positive environment for both students and staff.

General duties of the English Teacher will be:

  • Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills in verbal and written forms.
  • Passionate about English: Genuine enthusiasm for literature and language, inspiring students' interest.
  • Subject Mastery: In-depth knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and literature.
  • Adaptability: Flexible teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Empathy and Collaboration: Understanding students' needs and collaborating with colleagues for student success.
  • Providing safeguarding and pastoral support.
