A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT AT HOLIDAY INN BARROW IN FURNESS
Reporting to the Kitchen Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
Breakfast shifts are required for this role, whereby you will be assiting with the brekafast service which commences at 6.30am. Late shifts require assisting wiht the evening main menu.
Being flexible and a team player is essential criteria. The role is based on shift works, therefore there will be a mix of early and late shifts dependent on the business levels within the hotel.
Weekend working is also part of this role.
Providing True Hospitality to all guests to ensure they have the best experience whilst accomodating the hotel.

To succeed in the role of Foof & Beverage Assistant you will need the following qualities and skills.
Flexibility in terms of working mornings and late shifts which suit the business needs.
