Teacher of French

We wish to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and ambitious Teacher of French to teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5 from September 2024. The successful candidate will also teach KS3 Spanish. This post is offered on a part-time contract working 3 days a week (0.6fte).

The successful candidate will have the ability to teach across all age and ability ranges. CPD will be given to support the successful candidate to do this. You will be an effective classroom teacher with the ability to raise the achievement of all students and be keen to play a full part in the life of the school. You will be joining a very strong team of teachers who enjoy working together to develop a love of learning in our students.

Applications from ECTs are welcome as the school has a strong ECT training and support programme.

Prendergast School is an Outstanding 11-16 Girls School with a mixed 6th Form and benefits from being part of the Leathersellers' Federation of Schools. It is one of the most successful schools in Lewisham.
