The job itself

Anlaby Primary School are looking to appoint an inspiring, creative and highly motivated EYFS Leader to join our hard-working team commencing 1st September 2024.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in order to improve outcomes for our youngest children. This post will involve a teaching commitment in the Foundation Stage with weekly leadership release time.

The individual we are looking for will:

be an excellent classroom teacher with the commitment to improve pupils' achievement and attainment

have experience in motivating children and staff to reach their full potential

have a comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and how it prepares children for the demands of the National Curriculum

expect and promote high standards in all areas of school life

be committed to working with all stakeholders to drive school improvement

put children's wellbeing at the forefront of all they do
